      Richard T. Baird, 92, died Wednesday, August 18, 2004. Born November 6, 1911
      in San Antonio, TX to Ora A. Baird and Paula Boek Baird. He was a member of
      St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Richard retired from the San Antonio
      Light Newspaper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Dolejsi Baird
      and five siblings. He is survived by his daughter, Gayle and son-in-law,
      David O. Pearson, Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Joann Muller Baird
      and son and daughter-in-law, Grady and Cindy Baird; grandchildren, David
      Jr., Dean and Dale Pearson and Cory, Cody and Sharon Kay Baird and Selby Sue
      Villalapondo; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary and Micayla Pearson and
      Jake, Brandon, and Justin Pearson and Garret Pearson. He is also survived by
      his best friend, Martha Edgar and his favorite niece, Dorothy Stone. The
      family would like to thank Vista Care Hospice, Chandler Nursing Home and
      especially his doctors, Dr. Kenneth Stanley, Dr. Randall C. Bell, Dr.
      William P. Fitch and Dr. Thomas Eades. In lieu of flowers, the family
      requests memorial donations be made to Chandler Nursing Home (a Morningside
      Ministries Community), 1502 Howard St. San Antonio, TX 78212. SERVICES The
      family will receive Visitors on Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. at San Jose
      Catholic Mission with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 P.M.
      A Funeral Service Procession will depart Mission Park Funeral Chapels South
      on Friday, August 20, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. to arrive at San Jose Catholic
      Mission for a 10:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow
      Services at San Jose Burial Park. For personal acknowledgement, you may sign
