Jane Yarrington ShinskyJANE YARRINGTON SHINSKY, passed away on July 27, 2005, in Houston, Texas. She was born March 28, 1922 to Frank T. and Nancy Jane Yarrington in Houston, Texas and lived here all her life.Mrs. Shinsky met her soul mate, Paul F. Shinsky, on a blind date and their only separation for the rest of their lives was Paul's service in World War II. Her family and music were the two greatest loves of her life. Mrs. Shinsky is survived by her loving husband of over 63 years, Paul Shinsky; and their six children: Paul Jr. and Debra Shinsky of Houston, Susan Shinsky of San Marcos, Cathy and Rusty Moffatt of Alvin, Carol Shinsky of Arlington, Texas, Patti and Paul Poulides of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Mary and Jim Howard of Linden. She was also blessed with seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Shinsky was especially proud of her namesake, her great granddaughter, Janie Marie Ray. The relationship of Paul and Jane is an inspiration to their family, friends and even strangers who saw them together.Friends are invited to a visitation with the family on Friday, July 29, 2005, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
