          I am not related to any of these people but many of the family names mentioned are represented in, and around, Rosebud in Falls County.  It might be advantageous to place a notice in the Rosebud News and the Cameron Herald (both are owned by the same people).

        The 53rd Plasek/Pomykal family reunion will be held on Saturday,
        October 15 in Wesley, Texas. Reunion starts at 10 a.m. and everyone
        enjoys a "Czech smorgasborg" lunch. Families that are invited to
        attend include Plasek, Pomykal, Vajdak, Surovik, Schiller, Rummel,
        Janes, Psencik, Uhrik, Baca, Ripples, Mikeskas and Marek. The
        original descendants of the family reunion were Joseph and Mary
        Plasek, George Pomykal and Terezie (Plasek) Pomykal and George and
        Elizabeth (Plasek) Mikeska. The state historic Wesley Brethern
        Church, constructed in 1866, is adjacent to the reunion site and open
        for people to see a beautiful church which was the first Czech
        Bretheren Church in North America. (For more information on this
        historic site, see the February 1981 issue of Texas Highways magazine.
        For fun, fellowship and a chance to say hello to your "kissing
        cousins, come to the the reunion which is located in Wesley, TX,
