      VENDELINE B. POSPISIL , 74, died March 30, 2005. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and was retired from Houston Lighting & Power. He was a faithful member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church for over 40 years and was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 4550.
       
       "Pop" is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carolyn June; daughters, Vickie Pellicciotti and husband John, Cheryl Moers and husband John, II, Brenda Zientek, Tina Tyson and husband Dan; son, Ronald Pospisil; grandchildren, Johnny, Brian, Vincent, Amelia, Mark and wife Kristen; brother, Herman Pospisil and wife Dorothy; sister, Doris Garbade and husband Gilbert.
       
      The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, April 1st, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00pm in the Chapel of Pat H. Foley Funeral Directors. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00am, Saturday, April 2, 2005 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4213 Mangum Rd. The Rite of Committal will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Reverend Benjamin Smaistrla will officiate.
