Rachelle Grenader MachalaRACHELLE GRENADER MACHALA, 53, a loving wife, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 28, 2005.A native Houstonian, Rachelle was born July 6, 1951. Rachelle was a graduate of Bellaire High School, where she really enjoyed participating in school plays. She attended college at Oklahoma University and the University of Houston, where she also studied drama. Following college, she really enjoyed acting in plays with a small theatre group in Westbury Square. She had a great passion for creative writing and often wrote beautiful poetry and letters to close family and friends. She deeply cared for each and every one of her family member, as well as her dogs, Precious and Tina. She actively supported animal rights and organizations such as the SPCA.She was preceded in death by her parents Meyer and Liebe Grenader. She is survived by her loving and very caring husband Patrick Machala, and brothers Harry B. Grenader, Mark J. Grenader and his wife Shelly, and Aron K. Grenader and his wife Amy , nephews Michael and Drew Grenader, and nieces Melissa, Jessica, and Lauren Grenader, and other loving relatives and friends.Gravesite Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday March 2, 2005, Beth Yeshurun Cemetery (3600 Block of Allen Parkway), Rabbi David Rosen officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, or a charity of your choice.
