ARTHUR CIZEK, 77, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2004.

Art loved his career more than anything, second to his family. Art retired at 75 years of age as a research chemist working as a corrosion specialist for Baker Hughes for 45 years. Art was a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers for 50 years and a member of the American Chemical Society. He was also an army veteran and an assistant Boy Scout Leader. Art was a loving and supportive husband and father.

He is preceded in death by his son, Charles Arthur Cizek. Survived by his wife, Sara Cizek who was a constant companion in all aspects of life for 52 years. He was a fun and sweet dad to his children, Linda Jean Cizek-Skinner and her Fiancee, Chris Brown, William Robert Cizek, John Thomas Cizek and wife Sue; sister, Therese Pobuda.

Visitation will be Monday, May 10, 2004 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 11, 2004 with Rev. M. Eugene Vickrey officiating. Interment Memorial Oaks Cemetery.

We all lived a happier and fuller life because Arthur was in it.
