      Hey Group,
Victoria has finally finished preparing the on-line Indianola Immigration Database.  There is quite a bit of info. about the folks who came in via Indianola, most were German but some seem to be Czech.  take a peek.  The info runs from the 1840s to the hurricanes in the late 1800s.

      Happy hunting!

Attached is a link to the Indianola Immigration Database.  It is easy to access and has a ton of information about folks who immigrated through Indianola, 1840-1880.  Where the information was available, each entry has a brief biography for the person, and, sometimes, descendants are listed.  There is also a form one can submit for consideration if one wishes to add either a person to the list or complete additional information for an entry.

I was surprised at the Czech surnames which appear on the database.
