      Annie Havel Kocian

      June 1, 2003

      Annie Havel Kocian, 86 of Inez, Texas passed away May 31, 2003
      following a short illness. She was born in Moravia, Texas November
      16, 1916 to the late E.W. Havel and Louisa Malina Havel. She was
      school secretary for many years at Wood Hi Elementary.
      She was preceded in death by her loving husband John Edward Kocian,
      on brother Jerry Havel and a granddaughter Kimberly Jo Kocian.

      She is survived by three daughters Patsy Zak and husband Joe of Sweet
      Home, Texas, Sherry Janecek and husband Tommy of Houston, Texas,
      Debbie Baca and husband Byron of Victoria, Texas, four sons Pat
      Kocian and wife Sue of Inez, Texas, Mike Kocian and wife Jan of
      Victoria, Texas, Johnnie Kocian and wife Sally of La Marque, Texas
      and Ron Kocian and wife Sherry of Victoria, Texas, two sisters Eveyln
      Vesely of Wilcox, Arizona and Henrietta Simper of Shiner, Texas,
      sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great-
      great grandchild.

      Funeral Services for Mrs. Kocian will be held 2 PM Monday June 2,
      2003 from the Rosewood Funeral Chapels with Monsignor Benton Thurmond
      and Mr. Robert Willis officiating. Interment will follow in Memory
      Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM
      Sunday June 1, 2003 at the Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

      Pallbearers for Mrs. Kocian will be Pat Kocian, Mike Kocian, Johnnie
      Kocian, Ron Kocian, Joe Zak, Tommy Janecek and Byron Baca. Honorary
      Pallbearers will be all her grandchildren.

      Should friends so desire the family is requesting donations to the
      Adopt a Pet 2308 N. Main Victoria, Texas 77901.
