EL CAMPO - Elo Emil Lutringer, 82, of El Campo, died Thursday, March
He was born Oct. 23, 1920, in Temple, to the late Edward and Adala
Kessler Lutringer. He was a retired farmer and rancher and a member
of First United Methodist Church in Wharton. He was an U.S. Army
veteran of World War II and a member of Farm Bureau, AARP, Senior
Friends and an honorary member of the Pilot Club.
Survivors: sisters, Nora Lee Fairlee of Austin and Carl Pustejovsky
of El Campo.
Preceded in death by: wife, Laverne Elliott Lutringer; parents;
sisters, Minnie Alice Maerz and Annie Mae Mitchell; and brother, Joe
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. tonight at Wharton Funeral Home
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton.
