      Charles Joseph Janecka

      CHARLES JOSEPH JANECKA, 67, loving husband, father, and papa, passed
      away on Monday, February 3, 2003 at M.D. Anderson Hospital ending his
      long and courageous battle against multiple myeloma cancer.

      He is survived by is wife of 45 years, Doris Bohac Janecka; son,
      Gregory Charles; daughter and son-in-law, Greg and Annette Lege;
      granddaughters, Emma Marie, age 5, and Grace Anne, age 2, all from
      Houston; his brothers Jerry, George, and Edward Janecka; and sisters
      Lillian Hilscher and Dorothy Berger. He is also survived by many
      nieces and nephews and close friends.

      Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2003 from 5:00 pm
      until 8:30pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm at the Hubbard
      Funeral Home, 216 East Jackson, Weimar, Texas (979)725-8561. Funeral
      services will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, February 6, 2003 at St.
      Michael's Catholic Church, Weimar, Texas. Burial will follow at the
      Dubina cemetery.

      In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to M.D.
      Anderson Cancer Center, 1515 Holcombe, Houston, 77030.
