      LOUISE - Marvin William Stavinoha, 68, of Louise, died Sunday, Dec.
      1, 2002.
      He was born March 7, 1934, in Louise, to Lucy Kocurek Stavinoha of
      Louise and the late Willie Stavinoha. He retired after 40 years as a
      Machine Operator for Wharton County Pct. 3 and also had been employed
      by Rhoades Lease Service in Louise. He was a member of the St.
      Procopius Catholic Church and a honorary member of the Louise
      Volunteer Fire Department.

      Survivors: wife, Carolyn Kirby Stavinoha; daughters, Machelle Wiesner
      and husband Rickie of El Campo and Wanda Perez and husband Isador of
      Louise; son, Mike Stavinoha and wife Jana of Victoria; mother;
      sisters, Stella Marek of El Campo, Ella Mae Knebel and husband Jerome
      of Hillje, Madlyn Sabanos and husband George of Missouri City,
      Lillian Socha and husband Lawrence of El Campo, Lucille Rainwater and
      husband Edwin of Rockport, Mary Ann Marchette and husband Marcus of
      New Caney and Evelyn Duncan and husband Robert of Houston; and
      grandchildren, Mike Stavinoha, McKenzie Stavinoha, Macy Stavinoha,
      Trenton Stavinoha, Kelsey Pilat, Kyle Wiesner, Katie Wiesner, Amber
      Perez and J.R. Perez.

      He was preceded in death by his father.

      Visitation will begin noon today at Triska Funeral Home chapel.

      A parish rosary will be recited 6:30 p.m. tonight at the funeral home
      chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew's Catholic
      Church in Hillje, the Rev. Clement Quainoo officiating.

      Burial will be at St. Andrew's Cemetery. Triska Funeral Home, El

        Marvin William Stavinoha, 68, of Louise, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002.
        He was born March 7, 1934 in Louise to the late Willie Stavinoha and
        Lucy Kocurek Stavinoha of Louise.
        Mr. Stavinoha was a member of St. Procopius Catholic Church in Louise
        and was an honorary member of the Louise Volunteer Fire Department.

        Stavinoha, Macy Stavinoha, Trenton Stavinoha, Kelsey Pilat, Kyle
        Wiesner, Katie Wiesner, Amber Perez and J.R. Perez; and nine
        grandchildren.
        A Parish Rosary was recited at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2 at Triska
        Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec.
        3 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Hillje with the Rev. Clement
        Quainoo officiating. Interment followed at the St. Andrew's Cemetery.
        Pallbearers were Mike Stavinoha, Albert Stavinoha, Victor Poncik,
        John Gandy, Frank Marek and John Duncan.
        Honorary pallbearers were Henry Olsovsky, his grandchildren and
        Wharton County Pct. 3
