      Robert V. Neckar, 88, of Tour, passed away Sunday evening at a West nursing home.  Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.Tuesday in St. Martin's Catholic Church, Tours.  Mass of Chrisitian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Isidore Rozycki as celebrant.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in West.
       
      Mr. Neckar was born May 17, 1913 near West and had lived in the West/Abbott area until moving to Elk with his parents at the age of 9.  They then moved to Levy where he lived until 1936 when he married Sophie CEPAK on Nov. 24, 1936 at which time they moved to Tours (where they lived) until 1953, wmoving to Abbott at that time and then back to Tours in 1965.  Mr. Neckar was preceded in death by his first wife, Sophie who died January 5, 1965.  He them married Wilma ADAMCIK on May 13, 1967.
       
      Mr. Neckar was a memeber of St. Martin's Catholic Church at Tours and had served as manager of Tours Hall for a number of years.   He loved gardening and building Martin houses and was an excellent cook.  He was a member of Catholic Workman Branch 77 of West.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, his brother Joe Neckar, and step-daughter, Dorothy Hykel.
       
      Mr. Neckar is survived by his wife, Wilma Neckar of West; four sons, Robert R. Neckar of Lacy Lakeview, Edward J. Neckar and wife Jeannie of Colorado Springs, Colorado, James R. Neckar and wife Mary Ann and Daved A. Neckar and wife Lorraine, of Tours; three daughters, Marie Nors and husband Robert fo Abbott, Frances Buchanan and husband James of Missouri City, Texas, and Cathy Allen and husband Dudley of Robinson; five brothers, Steve Neckar and Ernest Neckar of Lorena, Johnnie Neckar of Waco, George Neckar of Perry,Albin Neckar of Robinson; two sisters, Lillian Cocek of New Port Beach, California and Dorothy Maggard of Waco; 25 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
       
      Memorials may be made to St. Martin's CAtholic Church in Tours or the American Cancer Society.
