      William Albrecht
      KERRVILLE - William P. ``Bill'' Albrecht, 70, died Wednesday, Aug.
      20, 1997, in a local hospital.
      Service will be at 2 p.m. today at Zion Lutheran Church with burial
      in Garden of Memories. Arrangements are by Overby Funeral Home.

      He was born Nov. 25, 1926, in St. Paul, Minn., and had lived in
      Kerrville since 1989. He worked for the 3M company for 34 years in
      management positions and after retirement worked in Austin and
      Kerrville motels. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

      Survivors include his wife, Emily Albrecht of Kerrville; three
      daughters, Joyce Wilcox of Corpus Christi, Susan Goodney of Salem,
      Ore., and Jeanne McCleary of Garland; a son, Bill Albrecht of Austin;
      three sisters, Dorothy Arndt, Ruth Buffington and Marion Johnson, all
      of Minnesota; three foster sisters, Ruby Bradberg, Dagmar Wall and
      Jean Johnson; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

        HEMPHILL - William Edmund Albrecht, 79, of Hemphill, died Friday,
        Sept. 25, 2003.
        He was born in Victoria. He was offshore gas measurement surveyor no.
        1207 for Arco Oil & Gas and a veteran of World War II, serving in the
        U.S. Army Air Force.

        Survivors: wife, Mary Albrecht; daughter, Catherine Albrecht of
        Alvin; sons, Steve Albrecht of Austin, Bobby Albrecht of Beaumont,
        and Tim Albrecht of Lufkin; sisters, Lela Billo of Victoria and Mary
        Nell Schrader of Houston; brother, Rawley Albrecht of San Antonio;
        and five grandchildren.

        Visitation will begin 5 p.m. Sunday at Starr Funeral Home chapel.

        A prayer service will be 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel.

        Services will be Monday at St. Pius Catholic Church in Hemphill, the
        Rev. Basil Hoan officiating.

        Burial will be at Isaac Low Cemetery. Starr Funeral Home, Hemphill,
