      Funeral services for R. B. "Butch" Durden, 54, of Sugar Land will be
      held on Friday, June 1, 2001 at 10:30 AM at St. Laurence Catholic
      Church in Sugar Land. Interment will be held at Greenlawn Memorial
      Park in Rosenberg. Father Rafferty, celebrant; Father John Weyer,
      con-celebrant. A wake service will be held on Thursday, May 31 at
      7:00 PM at St. Laurence Catholic Church. Butch was born on March 6,
      1947 in Bessemer, Alabama to R. B. Durden Sr. and Mary Georgina Ann
      Price Durden. He passed away May 29 in Sugar Land, Tx. He was
      employed with Champion Ford in Houston, Tx. He was a member of St.
      Laurence Catholic Church and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived
      by his loving wife of 28 years, Rose Marie Nowak Durden of Sugar Land
      and Amy, Laura, and Timothy Durden. He is also survived by many
      relatives and friends. For those wishing memorial contributions may
      be made to the Strake Jesuit/St. Agnes Scholarship Fund. Visitation
      will be from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M., Thursday, May 31 at St. Laurence
      Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd., Sugar Land 77279 (281-980-
