Waco, Tex., March 17. – A man supposed to be Frank Zajicek, a middle-aged man, was struck and killed by the southbound Katy Flyer near Elm Mott Station last night, and the remains were brought here and are awaiting the order of relatives.  Justice Harris held an inquest and identified the man by letters and other papers in his pockets.  The victim of the accident was walking along the track carrying a grip sack, and evidently did not hear the train, which swept around a curve and struck him, breaking his back before he could leap out of the way.  The body was hurled away from the wheels and was not mangled.  The place where the accident occurred is nine miles north of Waco.
