Margaret was born October 21, 1933 in Weimar to Joseph Anders and Mary Sassin Anders. She was blessed with a special gift when it came to children. In addition to raising her own 8 children, she also provided child care to many families. To this day, all the kids she baby sat for called her "Grandma Lev". No one ever left her house hungry. Her kitchen was always open, full of special treats and her famous sweet tea.
The love of her life was her husband, Daniel. Her greatest joy in her life was her children and especially her 32 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Family always came first. A common saying became, "What happens at Grandma's , stays at Grandma's".
Her hobbies included playing bingo and baking. Church was the center of her life. She was a woman of strong faith and a wonderful example for her family and friends to witness the relationship she maintained with the Lord and His mother, Mary. Sundays were the highlight of her week. The day began with attending mass, followed by various visits from her children and grandchildren. God first, then family.
Margaret was a member of KJT Society 90, KJZT Society 77, American Legion Post 271, Holy Rosary Altar Society and Catholic Daughters of America #1476. She went to be with the Lord in Heaven on November 4, 2013 in Sugar Land.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Anders; brothers, Frank, Emil, Eddie and Steve; sisters, Vlasta and Martha; and son, Michael Lev.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Daniel A. Lev; children, Veronica Lev Horelica, Patrick Lev and wife, Kay, Paul Lev and wife, Trichelle, Joseph Lev and wife, Karen, Teresa Kuban and husband, Donald, Thomas Lev and wife, Deanna, Jonathan Lev and wife, Tammy; 32 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; along with other relatives and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made for masses in Margaret's name.
