      HUNTSVILLE, Ark.-- William Frank Matocha, 77, of Wesley, Ark., brother of Rudolph Matocha of Victoria, Tex., and Mrs. Cecilia Kasparek of Yoakum, Tex. died Thursday in a Fayetteville hospital.
       
      Mr. Matocha was born Feb. 12, 1898 in La Grange, Tex., to the late John and Frances Stancik Matocha.  He was a retired grocery store owner.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Albina Eskrehol Matocha, and was a member of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
       
      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Catholic Church in Huntsville with burial in Huntsville Cemetery.
       
      A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Brashear's Funeral Home in Huntsville [Ark.].
       
      Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rose Frances Heslep of Corpus Christi; three sons, Reginald Matocha of Corpus Christi, Roosevelt Matocha of Huntsville and William E. Matocha of North Little Rock and five grandchildren.
