      YOAKUM - Edith Hamman Klimitchek, 85, of Yoakum, died Sunday, May 30, 2004.

      She was born Nov. 24, 1918, in Lavaca County, to the late Gus and Emma Neel
      Hamman. She was a homemaker and member of Hebron Baptist Church.

      Survivors: numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

      Preceded in death by: husband, Emil Klimitchek; sisters, Ida Einkauf and
      Minnie Hamman; and brothers, Henry Hamman, Efford Hamman, Guy Hamman, Claude
      Hamman, Holly Hamman, Alvin Hamman, Bill Hamman, and Wesley Hamman.

      Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. tonight at Buffington Funeral Home chapel.

      Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, the Rev. Buddy
      Means officiating.

      Burial will be at Hebron Cemetery. Buffington Funeral Home, Yoakum,

      Memorials: Hebron Baptist Church or Hebron Cemetery.
