      The windings part will be added later. Here are all the blueprints that you can print. They are high quality tifs. The images you see however are not the tifs. To get the tif of the image you want here is simple. Just click on it. Or if you want all of the images then you need to click here.
      Note:  Some of the objects need sleeves because of the friction. Some are noted and some are not. Sorry for that. I didnt have great prints to go off of in the first place.
       










       
      I hope you all enjoy this. If anyone has old blue prints of items they want made up with Pro E just tell me. I will see what I can do. I also can provide renderings and such. I do not promise everyone will get what they want. If I am interested I will tell you.

      Example #1(for enclosed drawing)

      We take #18 magnet wire.
      Inside frame width:  1.875 inch.
      Outside wire diameter .043 inch
      1.875/.043 = 43.6 layers.
      43 turns x 43 layers = 1849 turns.
      1849 turns x average length of a turn ( 4 inch.* 3.14=12.56 inch)
      1849*12.56= 23223 inch/12 = 1935 ft.
      Resistance: #18 wire = 6.510 Ohms per 1000 ft.
      1935 ft. / 1000 * 6.510 = 12.35 Ohms.
      110 Volts / 12.35 Ohms = 8.9 Amps.
       8.9 Amperes x 110 Volts = 979.7 Watts
      Example 2

      Inside frame width: 1.1875 inch
      Outside wire diameter .038
      1.875 / .038 = 49.34 (turns per layer)
      1.875 / .038 = 49.34 (number of layers)
      49(turns per layer) x 49 (number of layers) = 2401
      2401 turns x 12.56 inch (average length of a turn) = 30,156 inch
      30,156 inch / 12 = 2513 ft.
      Resistance: #19 wire has 8.209 Ohms per 1000 ft.
      2513 ft. / 1000 * 8.209 = 20.6 Ohms
      110 Volts / 20.6 Ohms = 5.339 Amperes.
      5.339 Amperes x 110 Volts = 587 Watts.
