The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for selling [This telecommute employer] (NSL) wholesale mortgage products. The main focus is on Fannie Mae/FHA products, pricing and a liaison for mortgage broker originators. They develop market strategies to assure that NSL is doing business with the most knowledgeable and reputable brokers. AE�s develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage broker clients and participate in helping with their sales strategies. They make frequent on-site visits or conference calls to a broker�s office to give presentations on new products and processes. It�s very important to respond in a timely manner to broker�s questions. AE�s develop and maintain strong partnerships with NSL operations personnel to facilitate transactions and improve client services. They participate as the NSL ambassador at industry events and MBA organizations to increase visibility and sales influence. AE�s continually train on updated guidelines and industry standards to better serve NSL and clients. Most importantly, AE�s serve as the first line of defense against fraud and any activity that can potentially put NSL or it�s counterparties at risk.
