� Generating revenue of new accounts using a strategic approach. Typically should strive to generate, close, and manage 4 to 10 large accounts per quarter.
� The Sales Manager is expected to develop a sales plan to submit to OMC management for review and approval.
� This position is a commission only opportunity. The starting commission rate is 25% of the net profits from the sale of any OMC solution. Rates are reviewed annually and can be adjusted based on overall performance at the sole discretion of OMC management.
� The Sales Manager is allowed to work from a home office and set their own hours. Part time work is allowed, with the understanding that sales positions typically require time and dedication to generate substantial income from prospective deals.
� Commissions are paid once all funds have been received from the customer and after all expenses including taxes have been paid. Commission payments are made by company check and are mailed to the Sales Manager.
