      Hello everybody...
      Happy new year.......

      My querry is:

A registered society is rendering training on various subjects. The main source of revenue is Training Fees and Government Grants.

The society is never making any surplus - excess of income
over expenditure. As such no income tax return is filed.

Now a few private parites sponsor some training programs on whihc they want to deduct INCOME TAX AT SOURCE.

      1.    Is there any way of getting general exemption so that there are no deduction of tax at source.

      2.    Will getting an exemption u/s 10(23)(vi) mean that the paying parties should not deduct any Income Tax.

Kindly give your valued opinion on this matter.

      Thank you.
