Just a reminder that I need the list of your boys who sold popcorn, so their names can be put in the drawing for the prizes tar river district is giving out at the December  14th roundtable. please try to have them to me by the 12th, and if you know of a unit that may not get this message please tell them about it .

Also do not forget to fill out and send in the nomination forms for leader awards to be presented a the district leaders banquet January 20th. If you need forms contact me or Steve Mercer. The last day to turn them in is December 15th.

District camporee January 12-14th  all units planning to attend need to let us know and fill out a merit badge registration for each of your scouts. We need these in by december Roundtable if possible.

At the December roundtable I am asking each scouter to bring a wrapped gift to exchange (approx value $5.00) and each scouter or unit bring a xmas snack or treat to shared by all, I will have drinks, cups, plates and napkins.

Thanks and contact me if you have any questions!!
