Just a quick reminder of items needed when turning in charter renewal paperwork:

      1.    The Annual Charter Agreement form (filled out and signed).
      2.    Tartan Guard form (filled out and signed).
      3.    Journey to Excellance scorecard (filled out and signed).
      4.    All applications need to be completely filled out.
      5.    Individuals filling out the Adult Volunteer application need to sign the sheet that acknowledges that a background check will be conducted. Without
their signature the application will not be processed.

Also remember if you complete recharter online, you still need to print off the completed paperwork. Don't forget to add the insurance. Online rechartering will not reflect the insurance. So you can just write that in on the page that has the amount due. Insurance is $1.00 per person, don't forget to include your Tiger Cub's Adult when calculating the insurance.

You can download a copy of the JTE scorecard, and the Tartan Guard requirements form from the Council website: www.eccbsa.org Both are located on the right side towards the bottom of the webpage.

If you have any questions, feel free to call me or send me an email. See you all at the District Banquet this Thursday night.

      Thanks,
