If you intend on having an archery area or zip line I need the info below ASAP.
The shad run has begun and they are between Tarboro and Greenville now….   If they are in the area the weekend of your event, we need to make sure the boat trailer parking lot remains accessible to fishermen…

I will seek Council approval to have Battle Park lane closed from dark 3/15/08 until dawn 3/16/08
We will provide trash cans and pick of bagged trash at centralized location
A burn ban has been implemented statewide.  You will need to contact Weldon Beck with the RMFD (972-1377) concerning any camp fires for a burn permit.  Otherwise, no fires will be allowed.  You will need to contact the RMPD concerning additional patrols.
The Park remains open to the public during your event.  In light of this I need a sketch of you proposed archery area, back stops and safety zones ASAP.
I need complete information concerning your zipline.  Certification (construction and staff), accreditation (ACCT?), etc…. this is an area that has received extreme scrutiny since the tragedy in Oxford.
