      Hi Guys!

One last thread to figure out.

On the morning of the 18th (no typo), Morell's division was sent in
support of 9th Corps with specific instructions to "not cross the
creek". In spite of that, one brigade was sent across. While it is
fuzzy exactly who, my best guess is 1/1/5 under Barnes.

Furthermore, at least one regiment (18 Mass from Barnes' Brigade)
reports being sent across the Middle Bridge after the Cavalry and
Regulars withdrew to the east side of the creek. There is no mention
from the 18 Mass if it was detached or with the brigade.

      The questions are:

      1) Did Barnes' Brigade cross the creek on the morning of the 18th? If
not them, which of Morell's brigade's did so?

      2) Did the brigade above cross the Middle Bridge to where the 18 Mass
      was?

      Thanks!

      Dean
