Human Rights Act Influence Felt at Court

The Times has reported a case in which the relationship between two
solicitors acting for different parties to a child welfare action was deemed
to be sufficient reason for the judge to ask the solicitor acting for the
Medway council to stand down and cites this as the first instance of a case
in which the Human Right Act was effectively applied in Court proceeding
befor it passes into law in October.
