Still hope in the worst situation
- friends,You should have heard of what happen in Haiti and have different emotions to the people and the country. Life seems to be too fragile and vulnerable, we cannot hold it with our palm to keep it for the best. These days I had prepared some materials to share with my students for what happen in Haiti, aim to arouse their concern to the needy and open their eyes to see the global issue. Attached the video which I found had moved me.........the image of that woman is still in my mind and I keep on thinking of her after seeing her in the video.I don't know how she is now but for sure that God's love is with her and will lead her through. Sometimes, when we are too busy in our life and always forget other who are in need and our problem became too huge to solve. I hope that the peace and trust of that woman can give you the light and power to move forward no matter what situation you are in now.Love always,Shalom.
- Hey guys, How are you all. I hope great.I want to thank Courtney for sending that video of that woman praying,it brought tears to my eyes. Here in Jamaica we have been working very hardas a church and a nation to get aid to Haiti in many different forms.Honestly at times we get discouraged when we see what needs to be done and knowing that there is not much we can do but that picture of that woman praying has pushed me more and more to do and to do my best in helping the Hatians, knowing that God is in the midst gives me hope for the future.God Bless you all
