Group Description

This is a public group focused on the work of the late Floyd Sweet and the free energy device he invented, most often referred to as the "VTA".

In 1986, retired magnetics engineer Floyd Sweet developed a device that amplified a miniscule amount of AC electricity into 6 watts of useful power.

By 1988, the output energy of Sweet's device had increased past the 100 watt level. Later, toward the early 1990s, the power levels were increased still further, to 500 watts and other models with outputs well over 1 kW.
The input energy, in most cases was in the microwatt to milliwatt range, representing energy amplification ratios in the millions.

Sweet named his invention the "SQM", for Space Quantum Modulator. Consultant Tom Bearden later gave it a name of his own, the "VTA", which stands for Vacuum Triode Amplifier. That name has stuck, due to the exposure of Bearden's writings on the subject describing his theory of how the device worked.

Floyd Sweet was very secretive about the process he used for coaxing this kind of power out of barium ferrite magnets. No other kind of magnet will work. Unfortunately, Sweet died in July of 1995 with many of his secrets left untold. We are left with a mystery, as well as enough information to justify some understanding of what the VTA process was, in hopes of repeating it.

It is obvious that this device would be of enormous benefit to the world and to the pursuit of science, if it could only be understood and replicated.

This group is devoted to that cause. Feel free to join!
