"Fuel for the Soul"
- The new edition of "Atlas Magazine" is available. In "Fuel For the
Soul," I provide an analysis of Rand's main goal in writing her classic
novel, _Atlas Shrugged_. [NB: This is the shorter, 4100 word version of
the essay that is to appear in _Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged: A
Philosophical and Literary Companion_ edited by Edward Younkins
(Ashgate Publishers, 2006). A link for the uncut, 5700 word version, is
provided, as well.]
In short commentary, I discuss the rebuilding of New Orleans, banning
horse meat, and banning guns.
