Festival Time! June 15, 16, and 17
- For more than 20 years, St. Philip's Festival has managed to provide
fun, food and a family night out for area residents.
The Best Flea Market in Town, Golden Chinese Auction, youth group
candy, popcorn, ice cream booth and moonwalk will return this year.
Among the menu items are hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, stuffed
cabbage, hot sausage sandwiches, Haluski, pierogies and nachos with
The St. Philip Cafe is open, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the school
cafeteria. Thursday's feature is stuffed chicken breasts, Friday is
fish sandwiches and Saturday is roast beef (sliced or on a sandwich).
Spaghetti and meatballs is the alternate dinner choice each night.
Each dinner is $7 and delivery will be made to the senior highrises at
4:45 each day. Reservations can be made by calling the parish office
at 412-922-6300, extension 5 by Wednesday, June 14.

* The Irish Reelers kick off Thursday at 6:30 p.m., Dancetime Dancers
at 7 p.m. and vocalist Tony Impavido at 8.
* On Friday, C.S. Kim Karate will perform at 6:30, Carnegie Performing
Arts at 7 p.m., and the newest addition, Irish Stew will be singing
and dancing at 8.
* Saturday night concludes with Rosalene Kenneth dancers at 7,
vocalist Megan Finnerty at 8 and local rock group Tomorrow at Twelve
from 9 to 10:30 p.m. You can listen to music while you wait to hear
