Miracle Of Marcelino
- I once purchase the DVD of this film, directed by Ladislao Vajda, in the driveway, near Aspiration-Ground in New York.
It is about an orphan boy who was left on the doorsteps of a monastery as an infant. He was raised by monks, but he was lonely and missed having a mother. One day he found a friend on the forbidden attic...(it's cover text).
Perhaps Guru would say it is a movie about faith in action. What the boy found was Jesus on the cross and he talks to him, brings him food and a blanket. He also takes the thorny crown off Jesus' head. But what touches me most is the way Jesus responds to him. He comes down from the cross and shares bread and vine with his little friend and tells him that he is a good boy.
One can buy the DVD either from Dhriratha's table or perhaps you may want to watch a few scenes on youtube.
