pictures on the color printer. They were beautiful! I added writings
by Sri Chinmoy on the subject of fairies and angels and eventually had
a 15-page booklet. I wanted to print it out 40 times to give for my
birthday prasad (along with edible goodies of course.) Finally, I
had to concede that the project was too ambitious. For the visual part
of my birthday prasad, I found a great picture of Sri Chinmoy and
printed it out at a copy place for everyone in my center.
      Simple is so much better.

        Dear Parashita,

You have more than whetted my "appetite" for one of these booklets!
How can I convince you to send me one? Since I fancy myself a member
of the fairy papparazi (see my bike path album snow fairy photo),I am
definitely intrigued to see this booklet. Add Celtic into the mix and
        I'm a goner!

        Sharani
p.s. Mr. Postman look and see. Is there a letter, a letter for me?

          Hi, Parashita,

I think you should still go for it ... if not for this occasion, then
for another in the future. Yes, it is a big deal to make the booklet,
but look how much joy and inspiration you got! For the other
disciples, it would be a total blast-off to receive something like this.

          Dharmaja

P.S. I will avoid mentioning to your boss about how you are being so
          productive at work :)

              Hi Dharmaja,

There are more hurdles to jump with this project. Firstly, I need to
clean up some of the smudges where I added Sri Chinmoy's writings to
the images. If I use the color printer at work; I stand to lose my
job. My computer and printer at home are inadequate to print the
project. Color copies and color printouts at copy places cost a
dollar a page. (To print 40 booklets would have cost $600). If you
have suggestions on how to surmount these obstacles; I have the
              booklet on pdf.
