Group Description

This is a support list for Christian educators (classroom teachers, tutors, homeschooling parents) who are using the Spell to Write and Read Core Kit (see photo). While not everyone needs to be a Christian to enjoy membership in our group, we want to be clear that some discussions will stem from a Christian standpoint.

The author, Wanda Sanseri, took graduate level training under Romalda Spalding and others. Sanseri originally wrote Teaching Reading at Home, a now out-of-print supplement to The Writing Road to Reading which eventually grew into her own award-winning stand-alone program.

We want folks to feel free to ask any questions on this group about the SWR approach and to offer ideas to others as well. This is also a place to post SWR-related items for sale and items wanted to buy. Prayer requests are welcome. Please note that our goal is one of support and encouragement. We ask that all topics posted be related directly to the SWR program and teaching language arts in general. Blessings to all who are trying to give their children a strong foundation in the use of the English language!!

For more information on Wanda Sanseri or to view her web site, go to www.bhibooks.net

For answers to common questions about the Sanseri program, go to SWR Trainer Liz FitzGerald's web site at www.swrtraining.com

For the most updated calendar of SWR Seminars go to SWR Basic Seminars or SWR Advanced Seminars.

For information on how to meet with an Endorsed SWR Trainer online, go to the Virtual Office Hours page.
