A question about palette file from spectrumLab.

Do you know a quick and easy way to convert all 256 hexa entry found on SL .pal files on a RGB .pal file like as the attached file ?

    I don't think so.
How should such a program know the relationship between the R-G-B-mixture and the dB value, since the relationship is affected by so many factors (spectrogram colour palette which had been loaded at the time the screenshot was made, 'contrast' setting, 'brighness' setting) ? It would be a horrible job for a software to automatically 'analyse' the colour palette image, if superimposed somewhere on the screenshot at all.

The only meaningful method for post-processing is to save the spectra (FFTed data), which is possible with spectrum lab in a different ways.

    All the best,
      Wolf .

Is there a software to convert a RGB line of the spectrogram.jpg in a list of correspondent dB values?
