- I walk to my train in the morning on my way home from work. Then I get off a few blocks before home. So I get about a mile walk in. Sometimes I get more of a walk.
Sometimes at night I will walk a mile before I get on my streetcar on my way to work so sometimes I will get 2 miles in on the days I work. The hardest part is getting any exercise when I am not working. I tend to be a couch potato on my days off.

Meal Bars--that make you fuller. I have been losing weight since, I've
been eating them. I just there more coupons for them. Being that I am
on a limited budget, they can be quite expensive.
My goal is to lose 75 lbs, my weight gain is a result of stress. So,
the meal snack bars are really good. I buy the Chocolate Peanut Butter
and I don't crave the regular candy bars like Snickers anymore. The
meal bars takes away my taste for the fattening chocolates.
