Message on an opportunity to learn more about court trials copied from
      the Hightower Trail Yahoo! Group:

The Emory University School of Law, one of the country's top law
schools, is looking for Boy Scouts to participate as JURORS for mock
      trials.

For Emory Law students, having a "mock" jury is the best way to
conduct trials in as realistic a setting as possible.

      - Your Scouts can help them by listening to the case in its entirety.
      - Your Scouts can help render a verdict.
      - Your Scouts will have the opportunity to give the students
      comments on their performance.

Mock trials will take place on Friday, May 16, and Saturday, May 17.

Participants should arrive at the Emory Law School at 8:30 a.m.
Trials should last until about 3:00 p.m. Donuts, coffee, juice, and
      lunch are provided.

If your Scouts are interested, or need more information about the
program, please call or e-mail Janeen Jones at 404-727-6814 or
      jjones01@....

Here's your opportunity to help law students as they prepare for the
      future!
