      Headline: CHANCE OF RAIN SUNDAY AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS ON MONDAY
      Description: A FAST MOVING TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO BRING LIGHT RAIN TO
      SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA ON SUNDAY. RAIN IS CURRENTLY FORECAST FOR ORANGE
      COUNTY AND SOUTHWEST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY BEGINNING MIDDAY SUNDAY.
      RAIN IS FORECAST TO SPREAD EAST AND SOUTH ACROSS WESTERN RIVERSIDE AND
      SAN DIEGO COUNTIES SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE
      FORECAST TO RANGE FROM A TENTH OF AN INCH ALONG THE COAST AND A
      QUARTER TO A THIRD OF AN INCH OVER THE COASTAL SLOPES OF THE
      MOUNTAINS. THESE AMOUNTS ARE LESS THAN THOSE KNOWN TO CAUSE DEBRIS
      FLOW OR MUD SLIDES IN RECENTLY BURNED AREAS ALTHOUGH MINOR DEBRIS
      FLOWS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG THE FRESHLY BURNED SLOPES. THE RAIN SHOULD
      END QUICKLY SUNDAY NIGHT... FOLLOWED BY WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTH. BY
      MONDAY MORNING NORTHEAST WIND GUSTING TO 40 MPH IS POSSIBLE THROUGH
      AND BELOW THE PASSES AND CANYONS. THE WIND IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH
      MONDAY AFTERNOON. THE WIND MAY INCREASE AGAIN MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
      TUESDAY MORNING... BUT WIND GUSTS DURING THIS PERIOD ARE EXPECTED TO
      BE BELOW 35 MPH.
