      Here's a small gift from the speedway in appreciation to public service
      free race tickets.

      The Marlboro 500 Presented by TOYOTA is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.

      * Fire Captain Robert Hewitt from Los Angeles County Fire Station 47 in
      Temple City will play "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes;

      * The Grand Marshals for the event will be representatives of the Army,
      Navy, Air
      Force and Marines, as well as a police officer and a firefighter; The
      individuals
      are:
      * Firefighter - Dave McClellan, Riverside City Fire Department, part of
      the FEMA
      Group that assisted in New York City

      An invitation for up to four reserved seat tickets to the race has
      been extended
      to firefighters, police officers and EMT professionals in Los Angeles,
      Orange,
      Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. These individuals must bring
      the
      special invitation form, which can be accessed via the speedway's
      website at
      www.californiaspeedway.com , to the Gate 12 "Tribute" window Sunday
      morning, along with photo identification and badge, to receive the
      tickets.

      All guests are reminded to arrive at the speedway early. Gates open
      Friday,
      Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m. Increased security measures will be
      in place
      for the upcoming weekend, including the continuation of the speedway's
      no
      hard-sided cooler policy; no bags larger than 6" x 6" x 12" will be
      permitted
      through the gates (only one per person) and all bags are subject to
      search by
      security officials.
