Group Description

This conspiracy is about kit bashing H0 Scale up to "S" and O down to "S" with inexpensive and dependable H0 drive mechanisms. Sn42 brings all that makes 3/16” modeling so perfect. Not to small like H0, not too BIG like O, but in the middle so that Sn42 feels just right. For more serious modeling see.

S Scale trains on H0 Gauge track represents 42" (3'6") gauge. Although there were only a few 42" gauge railroads in the United States and Canada, there were many more in other parts of the world. In some places it is the standard gauge. Imagine what would have happened if the American narrow gauge railroads had standardized on 42" gauge. They might of survived and expanded instead of fading away....

Sn42 is more practical than On30, Why? Because Sn42 is still funner, less serious and less expensive than traditional model trains. And most of all; it takes less space. The Sn42 Conspiracy promotes modeling any real or imaginary 42" or meter gauge railroad. Also any 36" gauge railroad in Sn42. For 18', 20", 24", or 30" modeling see our friends over in Sn2 .
