There are two things to consider, Bill and Jack -- What one knows and
assumes about the operation of the American intelligence agencies; and
what one knows and assumes about the operation and practices of
government bodies in foreign countries (including Slovakia).

The NBUSR has now launched a PR campaign saying that little of
significance was lost among the 18 GB skimmed off its secret computers
and promising that it'll clean up its act, while parliamentarians are
calling for the dismissal of those responsible for the agency's
unfathomably sloppy security. Some trap, eh?
