      Frank, I would recommend you go with your cousin to the local
      computer store and buy the Czech or Slovak Windows operating system
      for him there. It will be cheaper for you and an interesting
      experience for you as well. In Stara Lubovna we went through some
      long hallways to get to the local computer specialist, and I know it
      was a good one because the cousin earns his living in setting up
      computer systems in Slovakia. It was really nice to get in the back
      shop.

      On the slowdown for the 60 hertz - 50 hertz change, I was trapped
      back in memory of when I took my AC powered Osborne II over in
      1987. Thre was a distinct slowdown in screen display.
