      Sent you the recipes direct.  I am confused because I don't remember ever using apple filling.  Could it have been apricot?

      Just had our Slovak celebration and I baked a huge amount.  I didn't have any heavy cream but I had half and half, so I substituted.  OMG it turned out dry and my reputation has suffered.  I am thinking of apologizing in the Sunday (Church), bulletin. :o) :o) :o)

      Ahoj Joz~ko,do you mean S~trudle?  I don't make apple buchta but "easy" S~trdle and apple "babovka".  I'd be glad to share my recipes but I'm not as good as our Pana Brieda :o) :o) :o).
