      That would be like saying "cow milk Roquefort" or "cow milk feta." There is no such thing any more than there is a "wooden gold watch."

      The process produces cottage cheese/curds. The ingredient is rennet. It used to be common on Slovak and European farms to make curds/cottage cheese simply by slowly heating milk that had turned sour without adding anything. Using rennet is safer and that's how commercial cottage cheese is produced today.
