He who practises forbearance has self-control and forgiveness. He bears insults, injuries and annoyance patiently, prayerfully and with self-control. He thus develops his will-power. Cover the blemishes, faults and weaknesses of others. Excuse their failings. Bury their weaknesses in silence, but extol their virtues.
