Sivananda's Thought for the Day: 2 November 2010

      LOVE ALL

If you wish to receive love, then you must give love. If you want to be happy, then you must make others happy. If you want help, you must help others. Say the sages: "Love thy neighbour as thyself. Hurt not the feelings of others. The highest virtue is non-injury. Do good unto all. Do as you would be done by".

Sivananda's Thought for the Day: 17 October 2011

        LOVE ALL

If you hate another, hate will come back to you. If you love another, love will come back to you. An evil thought is thrice cursed. First, it harms the thinker by injuring his own mind. Then it harms the person to whom the thought of hatred is directed. Lastly, it harms mankind by polluting the atmosphere.
