Sivananda's Thought for the Day: 15 November 2008

      FAULT-FINDING

If you keep yourself engaged in study of the scriptures and in holy
practices, you will not have a single second to look into the faults
of others. That person who does not interfere in the affairs of others
is the most peaceful man. How much time and nervous energy gets wasted
      in backbiting and tale-bearing!

        FAULT-FINDING

See God in all. There is always some virtue in every person. By seeing only the good in others, you can help them to grow in virtue. Fault-finding is often the result of deep-rooted jealousy. Try to bear patiently with the faults of others, as you also have weaknesses that require the patience of others.
