Sivananda's Thought for the Day: 26 October 2008

      TRUE AHIMSA

If you practise Ahimsa (non-injury), you should bear insults,
criticism and assault also. You should never retaliate or wish to
offend anyone even under provocation. You should not have evil
thoughts against anybody. You should not harbour anger or curse
anyone. You should be prepared to lose even your life to uphold truth.
