SOI Qualified Archaeologist Needed in Atlanta, Georgia
- Environmental Corporation of America / History, Incorporated, has an immediate need for a Secretary of the Interior Qualified Archaeologist/Historian in the Alpharetta, GA office. We are seeking one Archaeologist/Project Manager for infrastructure projects to include, but not limited to: transportation, telecommunications, and transmission/pipeline. Candidates must have a Masters degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or closely related field, at least 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent specialized training in archaeological research, at least 4 months of supervised field and analytic experience in general North American archaeology, and demonstration to carry research to completion. Experience and/or education in prehistoric Southeast is a plus. Interest in environmental studies (NEPA) is also a plus. Some travel will be required.
