      Bangalore Amateur Radio Club VU2ARC along with Lions Clubs
      International Amateur (Ham) Radio Club VU2LCI have got approved from
      Indian Postal Authorities – Karnataka Postal Circle for Special
      Postal Cover which is multicolored denoting the Scout Centenary 2007
      and World Scout Jamboree on the Air 50th Anniversary JOTA 2007 by
      Bharat Scouts & Guides, Karnataka INDIA de VU2LCI with VU2ARC. The
      Special Postal Cancellation depicts of Radio Scouting Logo giving
      callsigns of VU2ARC and VU2LCI.

      Those who are interested in buying this Special Postal Cover affixed
      with Rs. 5/- stamp (Rose Fragrance Stamp) can do so at General Post
      Office, GPO, Bangalore on payment of Rs. 10/- (MRP fixed by Postal
      Department) and those who are interested for bulk purchase of above
      25 covers may send Bank Demand Draft to "Lions International Stamp
      Club – India Chapter" along with postage charges to VU2LCI.

      Cheapest would be buying a Megadoot post card which costs 25 paisa
      and getting it affixed with Radio Scouting Special Postal
      Cancellation which is free of cost across the Philatelic Counter at
      GPO Bangalore on 20th October 2007. Of if you are posting any
      letters with appropriate valued stamps affixed you can do that in
      Philatelic Section of GPO Bangalore which will get Special Postal
      Cancellation which also is free of cost.
